In 2021 Pareto aquired a 25% equity stake in Atterbury Europe and a further 25% equity stake in September 2022, bringing its effective shareholdings in Atterbury Europe to 50%. In November 2023, Pareto aquired a 70.03% direct shareholding in the Mall of Cyprus and the Mall of Engomi, both located in Nicosia, Cyprus.
